Next we will come to your home to meet you and discuss in greater detail the services you require. This initial meeting is absolutely free.
It says it in the name, Ottawa House & PET Sitting. Whether the service you require is simply daily dog walking or total pet care while you are away, we will discuss in great detail everything there is to know about your pet or pets at our first meeting and more so in the Client Record Form that you will fill out before service begins.
Once the paperwork is done, service can begin. We will email you updates as often as you prefer and you can reach out to us at any time as well.
In addition to the detailed instructions on the care and services you require, we will have a checklist at every visit that covers everything from doing a perimeter check, checking locks on windows and doors, running the tap, inspecting the fridge/freezer…and so much more, there’s not enough space here…we are thorough!
For whatever reason you are travelling (we‘ll just assume it’s a fantastic vacation for now), we have you covered and you can rest easy knowing that we are taking excellent care of the things that are the most important in your life.
